You upload a resume and confirm your profile — skills, stories, target roles, preferences. That confirm can start up to three job searches automatically. Discovery reads curated public boards on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday. LinkedIn jobs enter the catalog when you open them with the Chrome extension. There is no LinkedIn search API and no Indeed or Glassdoor crawl.
Recommended roles include a job match score that explains itself, plus missing skills versus your confirmed profile. Save, skip, or open the posting. The extension can detect the job, prefill known answers, and warn about duplicates. It never clicks Submit. Medium and low confidence ask “Did you apply?” rather than guessing.

Where do jobs come from?+
We index the ATS platforms serious companies actually use — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday — so you skip recruiter spam and duplicate listings. LinkedIn postings are added when you open them with the extension. We don’t crawl Indeed or Glassdoor.
Does it submit applications for me?+
No silent submits, ever. The extension fills in what it knows; you click Apply. We only mark a job Applied when we’re confident you did, or when you tell us.
Is this a resume generator?+
