- (Expected CTC − Current CTC) ÷ Current CTC × 100. This tool uses your full CTC (fixed + variable) on both sides for an accurate comparison.
- What is a good salary hike in India?
- A lateral move (same level, different company) typically sees 15–25%. 30%+ usually comes with a role, level, or company-tier change, not just tenure.
- Why does variable pay matter for this calculation?
- Two offers with the same headline CTC can differ a lot if one is 90% fixed and the other is 70% fixed + 30% bonus. This tool shows the variable-pay percentage on both sides so you're comparing like for like.
- Is my salary data stored?
