Jobs from company boards, not a scraped marketplace
A job board scrape is someone else’s index. An ATS board is the company’s own list. MyCareerAtlas discovery reads curated public boards on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday, then normalizes title, company, location, remote, and salary signals into one catalog. That catalog is the source of Recommended and daily matches.
Greenhouse is the deepest path — public Job Board API discovery, extension assist, and a gated submit option that stays off by default. Lever, Ashby, and Workday are discovery plus extension-assisted apply. Workday often has auth walls; the product does not pretend those away.
From resume to a running search
- Upload a resume and wait for parse.
- Review proposed tracks and Career Memory. Confirm what is true.
- Up to three job searches can bootstrap from those tracks. You can add more.
- Matches land in Recommended with a WHY. Save, skip, or open.
Discovery status is visible on searches and jobs so you know whether boards and the worker are producing results. An empty environment will not hallucinate openings.
LinkedIn without a search API
Keep browsing LinkedIn. When you open a posting, the Chrome extension can ingest it into the same catalog, score it, and let you save or skip. There is no LinkedIn search API and no background crawl of the feed. That is a legal and product limit, not a missing integration we are quietly planning to scrape.
The same ingest path is how a Greenhouse or Lever role you found by hand still joins the flywheel. One catalog. One memory. One ticket.
Freshness and daily return
Catalog roles last seen more than 14 days ago are excluded from Recommended and daily surfaces. Daily matches stay capped (a short list from the last 48 hours) so returning tomorrow is possible. A digest can point you back to Recommended. The loop is resume → search → apply → learn → return — not an overflowing inbox.

- How fresh are the jobs?
- Feeds exclude roles not seen in the last 14 days. A daily matches surface shows a small, recent set so you can return without drowning in stale listings.
- What if no jobs appear?
- Discovery needs a seeded board directory and a running worker. The searches and jobs screens show discovery status instead of inventing listings.
