1. Make Career Memory the source of truth

2. Let search run on real ATS boards

Discovery uses curated Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday boards. LinkedIn roles enter the catalog when you open them. Recommended shows a WHY and missing skills, not a mysterious score. See ATS job search and job match score.

If the feed is empty, look at discovery status before assuming the product is broken. Boards and the worker have to be running. You can still ingest a posting you opened.

3. Apply with approval

Prefill from Career Memory. Approve before anything is submitted. If detection is unsure, answer “Did you apply?” — Applied is never guessed. Duplicates can warn you. 4. Learn from what you actually did

Save, skip, and confirmed applies can propose career signals. You still confirm before memory changes. Rejected roles leave Recommended. Interview learnings can return as unverified stories. The system gets sharper only when you keep the record honest.

5. Return tomorrow
