Resume — confirm Career Memory

Upload a resume. Review extracted skills, experience, and proposed tracks. Confirm what is true. Career Memory is the source of truth; AI proposals are not.

Confirming memory can bootstrap up to three job searches from your tracks.

Search — ATS boards plus LinkedIn you open

Discovery uses curated Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday boards. Open a LinkedIn posting with the Chrome extension to ingest that role into the same catalog. There is no LinkedIn search API and no Indeed or Glassdoor crawl.

Recommended jobs include a match score with a WHY and missing skills.

Apply — prefill, never silent submit

Install the extension. On LinkedIn and supported ATS hosts it can detect the job, score fit, prefill from Career Memory, and warn about duplicates. It does not click Submit.

If apply detection is only medium or low confidence, you will see “Did you apply?” High confidence can sync Applied; the product does not guess.

Learn — signals you still confirm

Save, skip, and confirmed applies can surface career signals. Confirm a signal to add a track. Memory is never silently rewritten.

Return — daily matches

Come back to a short list of recent matches (capped, last 48 hours) instead of an overflowing inbox. Stale catalog jobs drop out of feeds after 14 days.
